January menu at Raffles Dubai aims to aid New Year resolutions

Throughout January Fire & Ice at Raffles Dubai will offer healthy and sustainable seafood from around the world paired with seasonal organic vegetables grown in the region.

Seafood choices include farmed sea bass from the Mediterranean waters of Greece and Turkey, wild Arctic, wild Pacific halibut found on the continental shelf of the North Pacific Ocean and umami oysters.

The seafood specialties can be paired with organic vegetables such as truffled sweet potato gratin, honey-black-pepper glazed pumpkin with pomegranate and pinenuts and organic mesclun salad with fresh herbs and seasonal vegetables.
