- 250-room DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Syracuse, located in East Syracuse, New York
- 243-room DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tallahassee, located in Tallahassee, Florida
- 223-room DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston – Westborough
- 253-room Hilton Newark Penn Station, located in Newark, NJ
- 318-room Pittsburgh Airport Marriott, located in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania
- 311-room Sheraton Arlington Hotel, located in Arlington, Texas
“Most are located in markets where Interstate already has a strong presence and extensive market experience, creating economies of scale that will benefit each property’s bottom line,” said Leslie Ng, Interstate’s chief investment officer. “We look forward to building on our relationship with Investcorp and for further opportunities to work with them.”
Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Arlington, Virginia, is a wholly owned subsidiary of a 50/50 joint venture between subsidiaries of Thayer Lodging and Jin Jiang.
