InterContinental Wellington goes on market

WELLINGTON, NEW ZEALAND Eureka Funds Management is selling its 5-star InterContinental Hotel Wellington.

The 232-key hotel in the New Zealand capital is being marketed by Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels. The asking price has not been made public.

“It’s the only five-star accommodation facility in the city and has an impeccable and enviable trading record,” Dean Humphries, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotel’s national director, tells The New Zealand Herald.

Eureka acquired the 10-story property in 2005 for NZ$61 million (US$50 million).
