Innspire debuts app-free guest journey tool at HITEC 2026

Innspire has launched Guest Flows at this year’s HITEC conference, a product that delivers a complete hotel guest journey—from pre-arrival to checkout—through a guest’s smartphone with no app download required.

Guest Flows runs inside Innspire.ONE, the company’s AI HotelOS, which connects more than 100 hotel systems. The platform serves properties operated by LVMH’s Cheval Blanc, Viceroy Hotels, Park Lane New York and other global brands. Guests can complete check-in using facial recognition, receive a digital room key, order room service and check out via SMS, WhatsApp, browser or a standard phone call. The system also handles F&B ordering, upgrades and an AI concierge function.

“Guest Flows makes hospitality technology invisible to the guest while giving hotels a direct revenue channel that runs from pre-arrival to check-out,” said Martin Chevalley, CEO and co-founder of Innspire. “Guests check in using facial recognition, receive a digital room key, order room service, and check out — without downloading a thing. For the hotel, it is on-brand, simple to operate, and designed to drive revenue at every stage of the stay.”

During a recent pilot, pre-arrival completion rates rose from 5% to 20%. Among guests who began pre-arrival, completions reached 54% in the best-performing week, against a previous baseline of 36%. Mobile checkout among pre-checked-in guests rose from 8% to 33% year-to-date, peaking at 40%.

“What stood out was how many more guests engaged with the hotel before they arrived,” said Chevalley. “By removing the barriers, the property reached the highest pre-arrival participation levels in its history. That translates directly into more personalized stays and more revenue per guest.”

Founded in 2012, Innspire connects over 100 hotel systems across PMS, POS, locks, payments and in-room technology. Deployed across independent properties, regional groups, and global hospitality brands, it serves hotels from boutique to large-scale portfolio operations.
