Inn-Flow, an all-in-one back-office solution built specifically for hotels, will exhibit at AAHOACON26, taking place April 8 through April 10 in Philadelphia. The company will showcase its hospitality accounting, labor management and business intelligence platform at Booth #2007.
AAHOACON is the annual convention and trade show hosted by the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA), bringing together thousands of hotel owners, operators and industry partners for educational sessions and networking opportunities.
“AAHOA represents one of the most influential communities of hotel owners and operators in the industry,” said John Erhart, founder and CEO of Inn-Flow. “Becoming a Platinum Industry Partner reflects our commitment to supporting AAHOA Members with technology that simplifies back-office operations, improves financial visibility and helps management teams operate more efficiently across their portfolios.”
Inn-Flow’s presence at the event reflects the company’s growing relationship with AAHOA and its ongoing commitment to supporting hotel owners across the United States. Earlier this year, Inn-Flow expanded its involvement with the association by becoming a Platinum Industry Partner through the AAHOA Industry Partner Program. Through this partnership, Inn-Flow works with the organization to support educational initiatives and share technology insights that help owners streamline operations and strengthen financial performance.
Among the many AAHOA Members already leveraging these capabilities is Mehr Consultancy, a hotel management and investment firm with a portfolio of nearly 40 properties across the U.S., representing seven major hotel brands.
“For owners managing multiple properties, success comes down to how quickly and confidently you can act on your data,” said Harmeet Mann, CEO of Mehr Consultancy. “Platforms like Inn-Flow provide the visibility and structure needed to move from reactive to proactive decision-making across growing portfolios, while also helping teams operate more consistently and efficiently day to day.”
At AAHOACON, the Inn-Flow team will demonstrate how its purpose-built platform helps hotel management companies unify accounting, labor management and business intelligence within a single system designed specifically for hospitality. The platform also incorporates artificial intelligence capabilities that help automate repetitive accounting tasks, identify labor and expense trends and surface operational insights more quickly.
These capabilities align with findings from Inn-Flow’s recently released industry survey and eBook, which examine hotelier expectations for AI in back-office operations. The research found that hotel owners and operators are particularly interested in AI solutions that improve financial accuracy, reduce manual work and provide clearer visibility into labor costs and operational performance. For cost-sensitive owners and growing portfolios, these efficiencies can help protect margins while enabling faster and more informed decision-making.
