Hyatt Place has introduced the a.m. Kitchen Skillet, a new breakfast program that is still free for guests.
The new breakfast program includes three breakfast stations:
• Hot breakfast sandwiches such as the Hyatt Place Signature Sandwich with an egg patty, applewood-smoked bacon and Gouda cheese on a potato roll
• The Bread Box, featuring pastries and other breads
• The Bowls station with oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, cottage cheese and fruit
More than 100 Hyatt Place properties currently offer the a.m. Kitchen Skillet, and all 167 locations will roll out the program by this fall.
“We worked very closely with our food and beverage team to think outside the box and create something beyond just your typical scrambled eggs,” said Kristine Rose, vice president of brands for Hyatt Place and Hyatt House. “Our breakfast sandwiches feature ingredients like potato rolls, Gouda cheese, applewood-smoked bacon and more, delivering a different, more exciting option to our guests that really speaks to Hyatt’s culinary creativity.”
