Hyatt debuts new all-inclusive brand, grows luxury, all-inclusive presence

Hyatt Hotels Corp. has elevated its luxury all-inclusive offerings with the launch of a new Inclusive Collection brand — Impression by Secrets. The adults-only brand was launched with the opening of Impression by Secrets Isla Mujeres in Mexico. 

Joining a portfolio of luxury all-inclusive brands, the 125-suite Impression by Secrets brand offers personalized service and amenities through the enhanced Endless Privileges concept.  

The property, located atop a coastal cliff on the island’s southern end, provides views of the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. The property was built with natural elements such as bamboo and local wood, emphasizing the island’s sanctuary environment.

The property features artwork by Mexican artist Cesar López Negrete. 

Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection currently includes 10 resort and hotel brands.

AMENITIES AND SERVICES 

Guests staying at the Impression by Secrets Isla Mujeres can access several inclusions even before checking in. Butlers will welcome guests on the mainland as they board a private yacht from Marina Hacienda del Mar to the property’s private pier. The 25-minute sail can be availed with a full bar and butler service.  

The rooms also come with butler service and complimentary laundry service. Every room has luxury in-room amenities to elevate guest comfort, like exclusive bath amenities by Le Labo and double rain showers. Terrace whirlpools, custom-stocked wine fridges and yoga mats.  

The resort offers a spa, which includes the island’s only Floatarium, a hammam and six private spa cabins. 

The resort includes a fitness center and several wellness-focused activities, such as SUP yoga.  

The resort offers four oceanfront infinity pools, Bali beds and hammocks, an over-the-water lounge and a four-story water slide for guests looking to participate in activities and adventures.

CULINARY OFFERINGS 

The resort’s culinary program has been led by Chef Paolo Parlanti, who has years of experience as an executive chef in fine-dining restaurants, including Michelin-star restaurants and five-star hotels globally.  

Guests can choose from eight a la carte dining options with pool and beach service and private in-suite dining available round the clock.  

The resort has dedicated gourmet restaurants, which include an open terrace restaurant and a restaurant on the rooftop offering live music.  

SUSTAINABILITY EFFORTS 

Isla Mujeres is famed for its tropical foliage and beaches. Secrets Isla Mujeres offers guests complimentary golf carts and bikes to explore the five-mile-long island’s coral reefs, rocky coastline, ancient Mayan ruins and local boutique shops and eateries.

Aligned with Hyatt’s World of Care, sustainable practices to protect and preserve the local environment and sea life were at the forefront during the resort’s development. Eco-friendly features include planet-friendly building materials, solar panels to heat water and avoiding single-use plastic.
