HOUSTON The Redstone Cos. LP, owner of the 289-key Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa, is planning to build a mixed-use hotel development near Houston’s Galleria area.
The project is contingent on financing but could be under way within a couple years, Houston Chronicle reports. Along with the hotel, the project is to include a high-rise office building an possibly a residential tower.
The developer is still working out details for the hotel portion of the project. It will be full-service and will have between 150 and 250 guestrooms, along with a spa and meeting facility. Its name and branding has not been announced, but it will be managed by Redstone Companies Hospitality.
