Choice Hotels brand Cambria Suites is rewarding those who lie to relatives to avoid having them as houseguests during the holiday season via its “Little White Holiday Lies” promotion.
Through December 16, participants can visit Cambria Suites’ Facebook page to share little white lies on how they avoid houseguests for a chance to win a US$500 Choice Hotels gift card or a US$1,000 Visa gift card.
According to a survey conducted by Cambria Suites, 33% of American adults have lied to relatives to avoid having them as houseguests during the holidays, with the most popular lie being pretending to go out of town.
