Hotel Indigo partners with celebrity chef to find top U.S. local dishes

Hotel Indigo, IHG’s upscale boutique brand, has launched a campaign with celebrity chef Curtis Stone to encourage guests to share their favorite local food finds across the United States.

Through October 15, consumers can participate in the “Locals Know Best — Dish on the Dish” promotion to win a trip for two to New York City. Stone, the resident chef at NBC who can be seen on “The Biggest Loser” and “The Today Show,” will host events in New York, San Antonio and Nashville, Tennessee, where guests will have the chance to meet him and tell him personally why they believe their favorite dish is the best in America. “One of our big passions at Hotel Indigo is not only to provide our guests with a great bar and really good food, but also to share with them the fantastic variety of food that our neighborhoods have to offer,” said Mary Dogan, director, Americas brand management, Hotel Indigo. “We’re always seeking out new experiences, so we want to hear from consumers — the best local experts around — about their favorite neighborhood dishes.”
