Hotel Equities has partnered with Lodgic Hospitality to manage its three-hotel portfolio in Austin, Texas, consisting of the Aloft by Marriott Austin Northwest, Tru by Hilton Austin NW Arboretum and Hilton Garden Inn Austin Central. The properties are owned by entities affiliated with Lodgic Hospitality and its investment partners.
The additions grow Hotel Equities’ Austin market presence to seven hotels and 25 total properties under management in Texas, with one additional property under construction. The added scale allows Hotel Equities to apply shared resources, local market intelligence, commercial expertise and operating efficiencies across its Texas portfolio.

The Aloft by Marriott Austin Northwest is located at 14020 US 183 and includes the W XYZ bar, Re:fuel by Aloft, an indoor pool, a fitness center and a meeting space. The Tru by Hilton Austin NW Arboretum is located at 11603 Jollyville Road and offers a 24-hour fitness center, daily free hot breakfast and pet-friendly rooms. The Hilton Garden Inn Austin Central offers on-site dining and a bar at Garden Grille and Bar, a 24-hour fitness center, a business center and meeting rooms and is located within a 20-minute drive of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
