The 65-story Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto, Canada’s tallest residential building and second-tallest structure overall, is scheduled to open January 31.
Developed by Talon International Development and operated by Trump Hotel Collection, the property sits on the corner of Bay and Adelaide in the heart of Toronto’s entertainment and financial districts.
Specific features include 261 guestrooms and suites, the Suits Lobby Lounge, Stock Restaurant & Bar on the 31st floor and two floors of meeting and event facilities.
Quartz Crystal Spa will occupy two levels and offer treatments and therapies based on the healing properties of quartz mineral in addition to a fitness center, movement studio and an indoor, heated, salt-water infinity lap pool.
The structure’s stone, steel and glass façade is crowned with an articulated spire that rises 900 feet (274 meters) above the city.
