QT Hotels & Resorts earlier this month unveiled QT Melbourne in Australia. The façade was designed by architect Angelo Candalepas, while the guestrooms and public spaces were conceptualized by interior designer Nic Graham and architectural and design expert Shelley Indyk.
The hotel includes 188 guestrooms and several restaurants, bars and shops. In keeping with the creative QT brand ethos, every element of the QT Melbourne was highly curated and carefully crafted, including the art, lighting and music selection to quirky nuances, bold design touches and staff “costumes” designed by Janet Hine.
On-site dining includes Pascale Bar & Grill, a French-style brasserie, Hot Sauce, which offers an extensive selection of hot sauce varieties from around the world along with a menu of craft cocktails and rare Japanese whiskeys; and The Cake Shop, a bakery and patisserie in the lobby.
