Hilton transitions two Riviera Maya resorts to all-inclusive

Hilton has announced the transition of Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya and Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya to All-Inclusive resort experiences. The two resorts will offer distinct stays shaped by their respective brands and rooted in a strong sense of place.

Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya will introduce an All-Inclusive experience centered on what it calls “oceanfront privacy, personalized service and modern Mexico”, while Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya will evolve into “a multi-generational All-Inclusive retreat focused on discovery, flavor and connection”.

Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya will transition to an Adults-Only experience for registered guests aged 18 and older. Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya will offer Ceiba Club, a dedicated Adults-Only section for registered guests aged 18 and older within the wider multi-generational resort.

“As we continue to expand Hilton’s All-Inclusive portfolio, Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya and Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya give guests a more personal way to stay, dine and explore the local culture, all made possible by the thoughtful service and exceptional hospitality Hilton is known for,” said Sylvia Scholey, vice president and global head all-inclusive and resorts, Hilton. “Today’s travelers want the freedom and ease of an All-Inclusive resort, paired with the distinctive depth, personalization and sense of place they expect from Hilton’s award-winning luxury brands.”
