Hilton reflags Princess resort in southwestern Turkey

BODRUM, TURKEY Hilton Hotels & Resorts has opened its second resort in Turkey, the 494-key Hilton Bodrum Turkbuku Resort & Spa in the Paradise Bay area of Bodrum.

The property was formerly known as Bodrum Princess Deluxe Resort & Spa and was previously managed by Princess Hotels & Resorts.

Having undergone a substantial refurbishment, the converted property offers with its own private sandy beach, plus six swimming pools, a spa, a health center and a watersports center. The resort is located 4 km from the harbor town of Turkbuku.

Hilton Bodrum offers a signature Mediterranean restaurant, Paparazzi; a seafood restaurant, Seaport; an Italian restaurant, Patio Olivia; and Sultan Sofrasi, which serves Turkish cuisine. There is also a buffet restaurant and a café. Sarnic Bar, Kicker’s Pub, A La Mer Bar and the Lobby Bar, as well as two poolside cocktail bars, quench guests’ thirst. There is a disco within the resort.

For conferences and events, the hotel has a 1,200-sq.-m ballroom, three additional meeting rooms and a boardroom. 

Hilton Worldwide has had a presence in Turkey since 1955, with the iconic Hilton Istanbul. The company intends to almost double its portfolio in the country within 12 months, with 11 new openings this year.
