Hilton appoints GM of dual-brand Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites hotel in Boston

Hilton has named Rebecca Kirisits general manager of the dual-brand 252-room Hampton Inn Boston Seaport District and 164-suite Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Seaport District.

“Rebecca brings a wealth of leadership experience from her tenure with Hilton, along with deep knowledge of the Northeast market and on-the-ground expertise in Boston to the Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites Boston Seaport District,” said Diarmuid Dwyer, area vice president, operations, Hilton. “Her commitment to team leadership and the guest experience makes her ideally suited to lead this dual-brand hotel in one of Boston’s most exciting waterfront neighborhoods.”

Kirisits brings more than two decades of hospitality experience and over 15 years with Hilton to the role, most recently serving as general manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Boston Bayside, where she led operations, guest experience and team engagement. Before that, she served as general manager of the former Embassy Suites by Hilton Secaucus Meadowlands and held roles including director of brand standards/operations for Waldorf Astoria, as well as rooms and housekeeping leadership positions at The Beverly Hilton and Waldorf Astoria New York, and front office at Hilton New York Times Square. Her experience also includes leadership roles with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Sofitel Los Angeles.

“I’m thrilled to lead the team at Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites Boston Seaport District and continue delivering the friendly, reliable service and comfortable stay experiences our guests expect from both brands,” said Kirisits. “The Seaport is one of Boston’s most vibrant and evolving neighborhoods, and I look forward to creating a welcoming home base for our leisure and business travelers while supporting our team.”
