Hersha taps Davidson Hospitality to manage Miami’s Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club

Davidson Hospitality Group has been selected by Hersha Hotels & Resorts to manage Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, Autograph Collection, on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, Fla. The 357-room oceanfront resort will undergo a phased renovation in late 2026 and 2027, with planned upgrades to public spaces and guest rooms.

Originally opened in 1940 and designed by architect Roy F. France, the property comprises two towers: the original 14-story tower and an eight-story addition built in 1956. The resort combines Art Deco and Streamline Moderne architectural styles and retains original terrazzo floors in the lobby and a wraparound mezzanine overlooking the check-in and lounge area. Amenities include four food and beverage venues, two pools, a fitness center and more than 6,200 square feet of indoor-outdoor event space.
