Hay Creek Hotels and Restaurants, a division of Denver-based Victory Hotel Partners, has formed a partnership with Colombia-based Royal Property, which owns and operates independent and boutique hotels throughout Central America and the Caribbean.
The newly formed venture will concentrate on acquisitions and development in Central America and the Caribbean, with a goal of third-party management and joint venture opportunities.
The hotels that will join Hay Creek’s portfolio are:
The Charlee Hotel — A 42-suite boutique hotel overlooking Parque Lleras in Medellín. Colombia. The hotel also includes a rooftop bar/lounge with an aquarium-style pool and more than 2,500 square feet of event space and a gym.
Luxé by The Charlee — Located in a forest in Guatapé, Colombia, the hotel features lake activities, a private beach club and a restaurant. There are plans for cabins along with luxury apartments.
