Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Jacksonville has appointed Melissa Sims as opening general manager in preparation for its 2027 debut.
Sims brings two decades of experience with Four Seasons to her new role. Most recently, she served as general manager of Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe. Before that, she served as hotel manager of Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel.
