Strategic Property Partners has announced the appointment of Hoar Construction as general contractor for the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Charleston, South Carolina.
With the construction team now in place, the development has reached a milestone, clearing the path toward groundbreaking and the introduction of 139 guestrooms and 36 private residences in Charleston. Groundbreaking is set for year end with completion targeted for 2030.

SPP has also selected local Charleston firm Iskagna to provide owners representation. Iskagna is a Charleston-based construction services firm specializing in large-scale commercial, infrastructure and development projects.
