Former Shangri-La CEO Angelini to oversee Dusit’s China expansion

HONG KONG Giovanni Angelini, the former CEO of Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and the 2006 HOTELS Corporate Hotelier of the World, has been named vice chairman of Dusit International.

Based in Hong Kong, Angelini will focus on Dusit’s international expansion plan, spearheading the company’s development in China region.

Prior to serving as Shangri-La CEO, Angelini was senior vice president of Westin Hotels & Resorts.
