Former Aimbridge’s chief growth officer Allison Reid joins Ferguson Partners

Ferguson Partners, a talent management and strategic advisory firm for global real assets industries, has announced that Allison Reid has joined the firm’s Executive Search team as managing director and global head of hospitality and leisure.

Based in the firm’s New York office, Reid will lead Ferguson’s Board and C-Suite search practice and talent management advisory services across international hospitality, gaming, cruise lines and related sectors.

Reid brings three decades of hospitality industry experience to her new role and a track record of leadership in finance, development, operations and brand management. Prior to joining Ferguson, she held global leadership roles in several world class organizations, including chief global growth officer at Aimbridge Hospitality and chief development officer – Kimpton Hotels, part of the Intercontinental Hotels Group. For over 15 years, Reid lead real estate and finance teams at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide including chief development officer – Americas, SVP and chief of staff global real estate, SVP asset mnagement, CFO W Hotels and VP investor relations.

Reid is a current member of the AHLA Investment Roundtable and a former member of the ULI Hotel Council. Her appointment represents the latest in Ferguson’s recent expansion strategy, as the company has made several hires across multiple sectors and has continued to grow its real assets related business lines.
