First Hospitality expands into five new markets

First Hospitality has assumed management of five properties: Sky Rock Sedona, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel; The Steward Santa Barbara, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel; Hotel Northland, Autograph Collection, in Green Bay, Wis.; Hotel Elkhart, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, in Elkhart, Ind. and Le Méridien St. Louis Downtown. The additions expand the company’s footprint into five new markets.

“The addition of these hotels reflects the continued momentum of our lifestyle portfolio and the strength of the partnerships we’re building with ownership groups across the country,” said Kathleen Hollis, chief growth officer of First Hospitality. “We’re committed to preserving what makes each property unique while bringing First Hospitality’s commercial strategy, operational expertise, and collaborative approach to help owners maximize long-term value and performance.”

Sky Rock Sedona has 109 accommodations, a pool and hot tub, wellness programming, an on-site spa and dining at Bar WooWoo. The Steward Santa Barbara is an 87-suite property on nearly five acres surrounding the Sexton House, with an outdoor pool, dining at Terra and wellness offerings including yoga and in-room massages. Hotel Northland is a 160-room hotel in downtown Green Bay with nearly 15,000 square feet of meeting space, a private venue called The Alley, and dining at Poke The Bear Sports Bar and the Walnut Room Green Bay. Hotel Elkhart is a 93-room hotel in downtown Elkhart with nearly 5,000 square feet of event space and dining at The Corner Bar, High Note Rooftop Bar and Relish Café & Confections. Le Méridien St. Louis Downtown has 96 rooms, meeting space, cocktails at Longitude Bar and gelato and coffee at Le Scoop by Le Méridien.

“These additions mark an important milestone as First Hospitality expands into five new markets and continues to grow its presence in high-demand leisure and lifestyle destinations,” said David Duncan, president and CEO of First Hospitality. “Each hotel has a strong connection to its local community and sense of place, and we look forward to building on that foundation while delivering the level of service and operational excellence that defines each properties experience.”
