First Hospitality has announced the appointment of David Lang as regional vice president of operations, full-service and lifestyle hotels. Lang brings more than 15 years of hospitality leadership experience to the position.
As regional vice president of operations, full-service and lifestyle hotels, Lang will work closely with general managers and property-level teams to execute brand standards, enhance service culture and optimize performance.
“David is a leader who not only drives results but also builds teams that people want to be part of. His experience across hotel openings, brand repositionings, and developing dynamic restaurant and bar environments will play a key role in advancing our company’s growth strategy,” said Dave Montrose, COO of First Hospitality.
Throughout his hospitality career, Lang has held leadership positions spanning operations, development and asset transformation. His experience includes working in several roles at hospitality management and development company New Waterloo, most recently as vice president of operations. Lang also served as the general manager of The LINE Austin (Sydell Group). Earlier in his career, he held key leadership roles with Sydell Group, SBE Hotel Group and OLS Hotels & Resorts.
