Extended Stay America announced the opening of Extended Stay America Select Suites – Longview, expanding the brand’s presence in East Texas. The property marks the latest addition to the Select Suites portfolio, which now operates in nearly 200 locations following its 2022 launch.
The two-story, 104-room property was developed by CenterPoint Hospitality and is located off Interstate 20. Guest rooms include full kitchens with a stovetop, microwave and full-size refrigerator. The property also features on-site laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi and an outdoor patio area with a covered space, BBQ grills and picnic tables. The hotel offers access to major employers, including Komatsu, Eastman Chemical Company, Westlake Chemical, Trinity Rail, AAON, Genpak and Norris Cylinder.

The property underwent a comprehensive renovation, including infrastructure upgrades, as part of its conversion.
