EOS Hospitality has added The Press Hotel, Autograph Collection, in Portland, Maine, to its management portfolio, bringing the company’s total collection to more than 60 hotels and resorts across the U.S. The addition marks EOS Hospitality’s 15th property in New England.
The Press Hotel is located in Portland’s historic Old Port district. Built in 1923, the building originally housed the Portland Press Herald, Maine’s largest daily newspaper. The property operates as a boutique lifestyle hotel within Marriott’s Autograph Collection, with design elements referencing its journalistic history.

The acquisition expands EOS Hospitality’s presence in drive-to leisure markets and adds to its growing relationship with Marriott. The company manages a portfolio of luxury resorts, boutique hotels and soft-branded properties nationwide, working with ownership groups on long-term asset performance.
