Enseo, a provider of digital guest experience technology for hotels, launched its Managed Services portal at The Hospitality Show. The business intelligence platform combines real-time technology monitoring, operational analytics and guest engagement data. It shows performance across individual properties and entire portfolios.
Managed Services is built around the needs of hotel operators. It is designed to help them identify potential issues earlier, make more informed operational decisions and find opportunities to improve the guest experience and financial performance.
“Hotel technology touches nearly every aspect of the guest experience, but operators often have to rely on multiple, disconnected systems to understand how it’s performing,” said Kevin Sweeney, chief operating officer of Enseo. “Managed Services brings technology health, service activity and guest engagement together in one place. Operators stop chasing data and start making the decisions that move the property forward.”

Managed Services builds on Enseo’s Site product, which continuously monitors technology performance through a 3-D model of each hotel. The portal adds real-time analytics at the property and portfolio levels. Hoteliers can evaluate current performance, identify recurring issues and use historical data to guide future decisions.
Through a single portal, hoteliers can monitor in-room entertainment and WiFi performance, track support activity, access billing information and analyze trends in guest engagement and revenue. The portal shows operators what is happening across their properties and where attention may be needed.
“Hotels generate an enormous amount of data through the technology their guests use every day, but that information is only valuable if operators can put it to work,” said Brian Gurley, chief executive officer of Enseo. “Managed Services gives our customers greater visibility into what’s happening across their properties, from technology performance to guest engagement and revenue. By turning that information into actionable business intelligence, we’re helping hoteliers make smarter decisions that benefit both their guests and their bottom line.”
