Ennismore, together with LIMM and SocietĂ Rinascimento Valori, has announced the signing of Delano Puglia, marking the brand’s first property in Italy. The resort is set to open in 2028 in Monopoli, on Puglia’s Adriatic coast.
Delano Puglia will feature 76 guestrooms including 13 suites. The property will include an all-day destination speciality restaurant by Paris Society, two pool bars, a lobby lounge and a reimagining of Miami’s Rose Bar. The Source by Delano wellness concept will offer movement spaces, pools and programming. The resort will also include curated retail and an exclusive membership program offering access to curated events and experiences worldwide.

The signing follows recent Delano openings and signings in Miami, Paris, Dubai, New York, London and Marrakech.
