Ennismore, the lifestyle and leisure hospitality company, is bringing 25hours to Khobar in Saudi Arabia. Ennismore has teamed up with Tilal Real Estate Co. to sign the 25hours Hotel Heart of Khobar, which will be located in the Heart of Khobar, a new mixed-use development.
The new hotel will offer 170 rooms and suites, as well as 80 serviced apartments for guests looking for longer stays. Embracing the brand’s “you know one, you know none” motto, 25hours Hotel Heart of Khobar will be individually curated and will showcase original art and quirky props, with curated objects layered with the brand’s signature humor and attention to detail to create an individual style for the hotel.
Guests can access multiple restaurants, a pool, gym and an “analog circus” that will unravel the wonder of all things analog — from typewriters to polaroids and VHS tapes to vinyl.
As part of the development, Ennismore & Tilal will also introduce Ennismore’s co-working brand, Working From_, to Saudi Arabia. Spanning 2,000 square meters, the workspace will have desk spaces and offices sitting around kitchen pantries and will offer a range of memberships. Member perks include free access to meeting rooms, free printing, lunch desk delivery and access to hotel perks, including special room rates and F&B discounts.
Founded in 2019 by Ennismore’s Founder and Co-CEO Sharan Pasricha, Working From_ aims to offer coworking spaces with work-friendly elements and office features in a homely atmosphere. Currently, Working From_ operates in four properties — within The Hoxton in Chicago, London, Brussels and inside 25hours in Dubai.

The 25hours hotel is located in the middle of Heart of Khobar and adjacent to many landmarks in the city. Located in the Arabian Gulf, Khobar is one of the triplet cities of the Dammam Metropolitan Area and connects Saudi Arabia with Bahrain through a 25-kilometre-long bridge across the sea, making it a high-footfall city with developed infrastructure. 25hours’ location in Khobar will provide connectivity and accessibility to major city areas near Khobar Corniche and the waterfront.
