Ennismore and YAMED have signed Delano Marrakech Hotel & Residences, marking the brand’s debut in Africa and its entry into Morocco. The project positions Marrakech alongside Miami and Dubai in Delano’s global expansion.
The development will include 130 guestrooms, suites and private villas, along with around 80 branded residences. The residences will be the first Delano residences outside the U.S., offering four- to six-bedroom villas with private pools. Sales are set to launch in late 2026, followed by the hotel opening in 2030.
Delano Marrakech will be located within a resort enclave surrounded by the Medina of Marrakech, Jardin Majorelle and views of the Atlas Mountains, along with access to Royal Golf Marrakech and Amelkis Golf Club. The property will feature a main pool, spa, fitness facilities, racket courts and meeting and event spaces. Design will be led by Elastic Architects in collaboration with Ennismore and YAMED’s in-house team.
Food and beverage will be developed through Ennismore’s Paris Society platform, including Café Delano and Rose Bar, along with two additional brands debuting in Marrakech. Wellness will be anchored by The Source by Delano, alongside retail offerings including Nothing Finer.

The signing reflects Ennismore’s continued expansion across Mediterranean destinations, including France, Spain, Italy, Turkey and Egypt.
