Ennismore, together with Propreal Capital Partners, has announced the signing of Mama Shelter Porto, marking the brand’s debut in northern Portugal. The 120-key hotel will be located in Porto Baixa, near Avenida dos Aliados and the city’s historic centre.
The hotel’s interiors, created by Dion & Arles, will draw on Porto’s craftsmanship and visual culture. The property will include social spaces, guestrooms, a restaurant, Mama Plays and private karaoke rooms. The restaurant will offer signature brunches and Mama Nights featuring DJs and live music.

Mama Shelter was founded in Paris by Serge Trigano and his sons Jérémie and Benjamin. The brand operates locations in Paris, Singapore, Marseille, Rome, Lisbon and Dubai, with upcoming openings in Val Thorens, Mexico City, Amsterdam, Cape Town, Bangkok, Lake Como and Casablanca.
