Dublin Four Seasons hotel posts loss, goes on market

DUBLIN Four Seasons Hotel Dublin is on the market following a second consecutive year posting nearly £2 million in losses.

A sustained drop in American business travelers has led hotel investors to hire CB Richard Ellis to market the hotel to potential buyers, RTÉ Business reports. The property will continue to operate as a Four Seasons-flagged hotel during the sale process.

The hotel cost about €90 million to build, but analysts expect it to sell for significantly less than that. It opened in 2001.
