Dreamscape Hospitality appoints Adam Patenaude president and CEO

Dreamscape Hospitality announced the promotion of Adam Patenaude to president and CEO.

Before joining Dreamscape in 2024, Patenaude served as SVP of operations at Aimbridge Hospitality for 15 years.

By the end of its second full year operating hotels under Patenaude’s leadership, the Dreamscape Hospitality portfolio will span more than 40 hotels. The portfolio spans 13 global brands, including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt and IHG, along with multiple independent and boutique properties.

“Adam’s leadership has been instrumental to the success of Dreamscape Hospitality in its first two and a half years,” shared Eric Birnbaum, chairman of Dreamscape Companies. “Under Adam’s leadership, Dreamscape Hospitality has grown at a pace that would be impressive in any market, but what makes it remarkable is how that growth has been built on strong relationships with our owners and partners. The foundation he’s built will allow us to expand strategically, maintain our standards of excellence, and deliver unmatched value for our partners.”

“Our growth is about more than numbers–it’s about building an organization with the people, systems and culture to consistently deliver exceptional results for our ownership partners,” said Patenaude. “I’m proud of what our team has achieved together and excited for what lies ahead. I am also grateful to our Board for its continued support, particularly its commitment to investing in people and resources to ensure we grow with excellence.”

Dreamscape’s growth is also supported by its new corporate support center in McKinney, Texas, which was completed last year.
