Stonebridge has added the DoubleTree by Hilton Denver Cherry Creek to its managed portfolio, expanding its presence with a full-service hotel in the Cherry Creek submarket of Denver.
The property has 270 rooms and offers on-site food and beverage outlets. These include Eggcetera, a full-service restaurant, Flagstone’s, which serves Colorado-inspired Southwestern cuisine with local wines and beers, and Made Market, a grab-and-go option. Additional amenities include an outdoor pool, a fitness center, free Wi-Fi and more than 6,000 square feet of flexible meeting space.
The hotel is located approximately one mile from the Cherry Creek Shopping Center. It is also near several hospitals, including Denver Health and Saint Joseph, the University of Denver, the Colorado Convention Center, Coors Field and downtown Denver.

The addition reflects Stonebridge’s ongoing focus on full-service hotels in primary and secondary markets. The company is based in Denver and operates as a privately owned hotel management firm with a U.S. portfolio.
