DALLAS Popular discount carrier Southwest Airlines has introduced new features on the hotel booking page of Southwest.com, including adding TripAdvisor ratings and reviews, multi-room booking capability and neighborhood searches.
Southwest.com/hotels now displays TripAdvisor traveler ratings and the most recent traveler reviews for nearly all hotel properties that are available to book on the site.
Another new feature, multi-room booking, allows customers to book two rooms at a time. Customers may also narrow down hotel searches to specific neighborhoods.
