The Digital Travel Summit Europe 2025, a gathering for digital innovators from some of Europe’s top travel brands, will take place on November 19 and 20 at The Hurlingham Club in London.
At a time when the travel industry faces rapid disruption from artificial intelligence, evolving consumer expectations and new digital channels, the Summit will bring together leaders to explore how technology is reshaping the customer journey.
The two-day program is designed to provide insights on how travel companies can optimise digital touchpoints, unlock new growth opportunities and future-proof their strategies in an AI-driven world.
The speaker lineup features Tom Cronin, head of data, EasyJet Holiday; Rufino Perez Fernandez, COO and global transformation leader, NH Hotels/Minor Hotels; Lissa Pritchard, head of innovation, International Airlines Group; Justin Reid, senior director of media, destinations & growth, Tripadvisor; and Freddie Wall, marketing manager EMEA, American Airlines.
Key themes for this year’s edition include:
• Personalisation & automation: Delivering tailored booking experiences that increase loyalty and upsell opportunities.
• Harnessing AI & data: Transforming tech stacks and breaking down silos to accelerate innovation.
• Customer experience: Redesigning digital interactions across web, app and social channels to boost conversion.
• Search & discovery: Navigating AI-powered assistants and the changing search landscape to capture traffic.
• Content & campaigns: Building inspiring digital storytelling to connect with experience-driven travellers
The Digital Travel Summit Europe also offers immersive formats that go beyond presentations, with small working groups and interactive discussions ensuring participants learn not only from the stage but also from their peers.
Freddie Wall, marketing manager, EMEA & Canada for American Airlines, says the event is “a great place to learn what is going on in the industry and network directly with industry peers.”
