Deutsche Hospitality enhances loyalty program and unveils plans for two brands

Adding a fresh spin to its offerings, Deutsche Hospitality has announced enhancements to its loyalty program and the addition of new elements to its two brands, IntercityHotel and Zleep Hotels.  

The Frankfurt, Germany-based hospitality company has provided more flexibility, personalization and benefits to H Rewards, its loyalty program and booking platform used by more than 200 million members.   

By choosing online check-in and contactless arrival as well as direct bookings through the app or the new website, members can speed up their earning of points on H Rewards. (hrewards.com).   

Chinese members can avail of personalized benefits in Deutsche Hospitality hotels across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The benefits include amenities and features like Chinese-speaking welcome managers, Chinese breakfast menus and payment systems.   

FUTURE OF INTERCITYHOTEL 

To accelerate its growth globally, the IntercityHotel brand is being redesigned to embrace a diverse, tech-savvy and mobile set of travelers. 

A new social lobby — the CitySquare — has been introduced to create a multi-functional space where guests can savor coffee alongside the signature bakery serving baked foods all day. A bar and grab-and-go snacks will also be available in the new lounge. Many of the new features are present in the hotel. 

This year, the brand has upcoming openings in Germany, Switzerland and across Asia. 

INTRODUCING DANISH DESIGN THROUGH ZLEEP HOTELS

Zleep Hotels, the economy brand by Deutsche, is centered around Danish design. To further enhance its Nordic roots, the brand has partnered with Danish furniture design company Fritz Hansen.   

Fritz Hansen’s furniture and signature chairs will be accessible in all existing 15 Zleep Hotels across Spain, Denmark and Sweden, as well as the new Zleep Hotels slated to open in Switzerland, Germany and the Czech Republic in the next 12 months. 

Deutsche currently operates more than 130 hotels under eight names In Europe, Asia and Africa. The group is part of Asian-based H World.
