Davidson Hospitality now operator of Homestead Midway Utah resort

Davidson Hospitality Group announced it has been selected to manage Homestead Midway Utah in Midway, Utah, under its Davidson Resorts operating vertical. The resort sits on nearly 190 acres in the Wasatch Valley and features 123 rooms and suites, with 85 residences under development.

The property is undergoing a multi-year transformation with additional amenities scheduled to debut incrementally between spring 2026 and fall 2027. Planned additions include a Troon-managed championship golf course, a new Pro Shop with an indoor golf simulator, The Spa at Homestead, The Barn & Carriage House with 17,600 square feet of meeting and event space, an activity center with indoor pickleball courts and fitness center and two food and beverage venues: Simon’s Tavern and open-air restaurant 1886 Grill.

Current amenities include The Crater at Homestead, a 400-foot-wide, 55-foot-tall geothermal crater; the Milk House dairy dining concept; The Sunroom in the historic Virginia House; six pools; outdoor pickleball courts and trail access into the Wasatch range.

Homestead was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992. Virginia House, built in 1886, is the only remaining example of Federal-style architecture in the area. Davidson Hospitality Group also operates Snowpine Lodge in Alta and Asher Adams, Autograph Collection in Salt Lake City.
