Concord Hospitality adds over a dozen properties to management portfolio

Concord Hospitality has been selected to manage more than a dozen hotels and restaurants across multiple markets, including North Carolina, New Jersey and Washington, D.C.

In the Washington area, Concord adds One Washington Circle, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, in Washington, D.C., and The Satire, Autograph Collection, in Alexandria, Va. One Washington Circle offers residential-style accommodations and dining at Ten Ten West End restaurant. The 180-room Satire, which recently joined Autograph Collection by Marriott, includes The Wise Fool restaurant and bar and the Bad Poet Café.

Upcoming properties include The Union Hotel Flemington, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, in Flemington, N.J. The 100-room hotel will have dining outlets, bars and meeting space, including a restaurant and JP’s Lounge. Concord will also manage The Vintedge in Lyndhurst, N.J., a hotel-inspired residences concept with a restaurant and wine bar.

In early 2027, Concord will open and manage The Wren, a rooftop destination on the sixth floor of the Oberlin Hotel in Raleigh. It will also manage The Beckworth Hotel Charlotte, Curio Collection by Hilton, a 240-room hotel in the Johnston Building in Charlotte, N.C. The hotel will include a ground-floor restaurant and coffee shop and a rooftop bar.

Concord’s portfolio includes independent and boutique hotels and resorts, as well as full-service and select-service hotels under Hilton, Marriott and Hyatt.
