In conjunction with Baconfest Chicago April 25-26, Chicago’s Acme Hotel Company is offering a range of bacon-centric events and promotions.
The hotel is launching the celebration April 1 with a cocktail party at The Berkshire Room featuring bacon-themed cocktails as well as snacks such as chocolate-covered bacon and BLT sliders.
Other special events at the hotel during April will include Kevin Bacon Movie Night every Thursday and a bacon nail art manicure offered Wednesdays through April 23.
Throughout April, a Bacon Brothers playlist will sound throughout the hotel and the retail area will offer bacon merchandise such as bacon lip balm, luggage tags, cookbooks, soap and toothpaste. All proceeds from bacon retail items purchased in April at Acme Hotel Company will be donated to the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
