LAS VEGAS The nine Caesars Entertainment resorts in Las Vegas have begun offering Total Rewards points for social networking via Topguest.
Visitors at Caesars Palace, Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Paris Las Vegas, Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, Flamingo Las Vegas, O’Sheas Casino, Imperial Palace, Harrah’s Las Vegas, and Bally’s Las Vegas can receive 50 Total Rewards bonus credits for each geolocation check-in, tweet or Instagram photo taken on property.
Eligible social networks include Facebook Places, Foursquare, Gowalla, Twitter or Instagram. Participants who check in through May 9 will also be entered to win an additional 500 bonus credits. Existing Topguest members who are not currently Total Rewards members may sign up for the loyalty program via a link from the Topguest website and receive an additional 500 Total Rewards credits.
“Our relationship with Topguest enables us to tap the power of social media to further enhance the Total Rewards loyalty program for our guests visiting us here in Las Vegas,” says David Koloski, director of social media for Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas. “Each year, we have thousands of geolocation check-ins, photos and tweets shared by visitors. With the Topguest program, we now have the infrastructure to offer a unique reward for this new form of loyalty.”
Topguest is a technology company that translates social media activity by loyalty program members into incremental engagement and transaction opportunities. Launched in 2010, clients include Hilton HHonors, IHG Priority Club Rewards, Wyndham Rewards and Choice Privileges.
