CAPTION BY HYATT IN NASHVILLE: New Orleans-based HRI Hospitality (HRIH) has partnered with Nashville-based C.B. Ragland Co. and Atlanta-based Peachtree Hotel Group in closing construction financing on the ground-up development of a new 210-room Caption by Hyatt hotel in the Gulch District of downtown Nashville. Hastings Architecture, LLC, will serve as the architectural design company, with the hotel’s interior being led by Studio 11 Design and J.E. Dunn Construction Co. serving as the general contractor. This will be HRIH’s third property in Nashville and the 32nd in the U.S.
