ITAGUAI, BRAZIL Brazil Hospitality Group is building a Hotel Tulip Inn in Itaguai, near Rio de Janeiro. The hotel will provide standard 3-star limited services and will be the first hotel built by BHG, the third-largest hotel group in Brazil.

The hotel will have 189 guestrooms, a restaurant with capacity to serve around 100 customers and a parking facility with 200 spots.

This is the first project in Brazil Hospitality Group’s development plan for the next five years, which calls for the construction of more than 4,000 guestrooms in 30 cities, says company President Pieter Jacobus F. van Voorst Vader.

The company owns exclusive franchising rights for the Golden Tulip Hospitality Group brands in Brazil and elsewhere in South America.
