Auberge Resorts, Mill Valley, California, announced on Wednesday that it signed a deal to assume management of Hotel Jerome in Aspen, Colorado.
The hotel is currently managed by RockResorts, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vail Resorts Inc. The agreement stipulates that Auberge will take over the helm at Hotel Jerome on November 1.
“We are delighted about the opportunity to manage Hotel Jerome and we’re honored to play a role in the operation of this legendary hotel,” said Mark Harmon, principal and CEO of Auberge Resorts.
Hotel Jerome will be the third project in sky country for Auberge Resorts, which opened The Auberge Residences at Element 52 in Telluride, Colorado and The Aspen Club and Auberge Residences in March.
