Aimbridge Hospitality has assumed management responsibilities for 10 hotels owned by a joint venture between Prospect Ridge and Fulcrum Hospitality.
The hotels span Hilton, Marriott and Hyatt select-service brands. They are located across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Maryland, Texas and West Virginia. The addition extends Aimbridge’s footprint in several of its core operating markets.
Several of the hotels are located in or near major university markets, including Auburn University, the University of Florida and West Virginia University. A number of the assets have recently undergone renovations. The remaining hotels are set to undergo planned property improvement projects within the next few years.
“Being selected to manage this portfolio on behalf of these highly respected institutional partners speaks to the strength of our platform and the results our team delivers every day,” said Eric Jacobs, chief global growth officer of Aimbridge Hospitality. “Prospect Ridge and Fulcrum know our people and our operating model, and we’re proud to build on that relationship across these 10 hotels. We look forward to delivering added value for our partners and the guests we serve across these new additions.”
The announcement follows an expanded partnership that builds on Aimbridge’s track record with institutional owners.
