Accor has launched ALL Concierge, a conversational AI companion designed to guide guests from initial travel inspiration through booking management and post-stay support. The rollout follows a pilot phase and marks the first time a hospitality group has implemented a full-scale deployment of a conversational AI companion.
The ALL Concierge is available 24 hours a day across Accor’s website and ALL Accor app as well as the messaging platforms WhatsApp and iMessage. The system delivers personalized responses in under a few seconds and transitions to human agents for complex requests.
The pilot phase, which began in July 2025, generated insights from more than 1 million guest conversations. Based on that data, Accor has scaled the platform to cover 11 languages across five major platforms. The ALL Concierge suggests hotels based on a guest’s desired vacation style, mood or experience, provides property information and connects guests to Accor’s booking platform within a single conversation. It also recognizes returning guests using their preferences, past stays and loyalty profile.

Accor also introduced The Butler, an AI-powered companion for hotel teams that provides information, guidance and recommendations throughout the workday.
