Hotel companies hoping to gain access to Chinese tourists may get some help from 7 Days Inn Group Holdings Ltd.
The 7 Days Booster is an online platform that combines marketing, property design and ecommerce with access to the 7 Days Plateno Club, which has more than 80 million members from China, according to Travel Daily News.
The company says it’s not a membership program but an “opt-in” package that will improve brand awareness with the Chinese market. The product is aimed at a variety of hotels, including budget and 5-star, and offers upgrades depending on the type of customer is being sought. There is also an education element to help hoteliers understand the Chinese customers’ needs.
The program was announced at ITB Berlin.
