
Five U.S. hotels under a Shamrock Capital fund declared bankruptcy earlier this week.
Shamrock Capital Investors Inc., Burbank, California, controls the US$100 million Shamrock-Hostmark Hotel Fund that owns the five hotels. The hotels include:
- the 489-room DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tampa Airport – Westshore, located in Tampa, Florida
- the 293-room Wyndham Boston Andover, located in Andover, Massachusetts
- the 198-room Embassy Suites Palm Desert, located in Palm Desert, California
- the 238-room DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Princeton, located in Princeton, New Jersey
- the 224-room Crowne Plaza San Antonio Airport, located in San Antonio
The hotels are managed by Hostmark Hospitality Group, Schaumburg, Illinois.
