Luxury Napa Valley hotel the River Terrace Inn has opened a new dining experience, Alba.
Matthew Grigg, Alba’s executive chef, pays homage to Northern Pacific fare, highlighting shareable, seasonal small plates that pair well with wine and craft mixology, featuring local products and natural ingredients.
Featured dinner menu items include pork belly crepe with apple slaw and chipotle blackberries and cedar plank salmon with marble potatoes, mushroom ragout, smoked bacon, asparagus, tomato, truffle cream and Napa honey.
The bar offers craft mixology and food-friendly cocktails, with a wine selection focused on Napa Valley wineries.
Alba’s lounge and bar has a modern interior with a relaxed quality and floor-to-ceiling windows. Outdoor fire pits will surround the dining space which looks out on the banks of the Napa River.
