Wyndham and Hotel Library Club sign deal for Wyndham Grand Goa Vagator

Hotel Library Club Private Limited has signed an agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to develop Wyndham Grand Goa Vagator, a 120-key luxury hotel in Vagator, North Goa, India. The property is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2029 and marks Wyndham’s third hotel in Goa.

The hotel will target leisure travelers, MICE demand, destination weddings and group business. It will include an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, a specialty restaurant, a swimming pool, a fitness center and meeting and event facilities.

“We are honored to collaborate with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to bring the Wyndham Grand brand to Goa. With the state’s sustained tourism growth and increasing demand for upscale hospitality experiences, we are confident this hotel will become a preferred destination for both leisure and event travelers,” said promoters of Hotel Library Club Private Limited.

“Goa remains one of India’s strongest and most resilient hospitality markets and expanding the Wyndham Grand brand here reflects our confidence in the destination’s long-term growth,” said Rahool Macarius, market managing director of Eurasia, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. “As travel demand continues to rise across leisure, MICE and lifestyle segments, we see a significant opportunity to elevate the upper-upscale experience in iconic destinations like Vagator. This signing reinforces our strategy to grow our premium portfolio in high-performing resort markets and deepen our presence in India.”

Vagator is located in North Goa and draws domestic and international tourism traffic. The new property is positioned to serve both transient and event-driven demand in the region, catering to tourists seeking leisure experiences as well as business travelers attending conferences and events.
